IMPORTANT NOTICE: June 29, 2008 The Yoshukai Testing Board, Incorporated, consisting of Board members Michael H. McClernan, William T. Moore, Bob Bush, John M. Matthews, Elizabeth D. Moore, Ricky Copeland, Michael Myer, Dickie Cromwell, Christina McClernan, Lee Farrell and Michael Mendelson will no longer be affiliated with Mike Foster’s Yoshukai International Karate Association. The Board will function as a not for profit corporation doing business as Yoshukai Karate International. The Mission of Yoshukai Testing Board, Incorporated, doing business as (DBA) Yoshukai Karate International is to preserve and promote the history and traditions of Yoshukai Karate while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, family values and the fair and equitable treatment of all members. Membership is available to all Yoshukai practitioners. There were irreconcilable differences in management philosophy that led to the split between the Yoshukai Testing Board, Inc. and Michael G. Foster. The Board is in the process of developing policies and procedures, passbooks and new patches, but this will take some time. Please bear with us as we work to develop our new Association. Information will be released as available. Please continue to teach your classes and watch for information on our new website www.yoshukaikarateinternational.com.
